ITINERARY

1. POPOLO SQUARE: elegant pedestrian area, is one of the most beautiful squares in Rome, at the foot of Pincio hill. It houses the twin churches of Santa Maria di Montesanto and Santa Maria dei Miracoli, an Egyptian Obelisk and the two beautiful Valadier fountains.
2. SPANISH STEPS: famous square in Rome. It owes this fame to two masterpieces: the fountain – the famous Barcaccia, by Bernini – and the Spanish Steps.
3. TREVI FOUNTAIN the homonymous square houses the largest fountain in Rome, built by Nicola Salvi and Giuseppe Pannini, it was the background of films known all over the world and is today one of the most sought-after destinations by those who come to Rome for the first time.
4. PANTHEON Piazza della Rotonda is its real name. Dominated by the presence of the Pantheon, the toponym derives from the popular name given by the Romans to the great monument which came intact from ancient Rome: the Rotonna.
5. NAVONA SQUARE among the extraordinary urban complexes of Baroque Rome and among the most spectacular and characteristic of the city, the current shapes and dimensions derive from the ancient stadium of Domitian, originally located here, and inside it houses the famous Fountain of the Four Rivers by Bernini.
6. CAMPO DE’ FIORI SQUARE one of the jewels of Rome, and one of the most vibrant squares of the area. It is a lively market place in the morning that turns into a nightlife hub at night, all in a beautiful setting full of history.
