Our walking food tour lets you experience Rome like a local, visiting an authentic neighbourhood and exploring the true daily life of the people of Rome, where they live, shop and eat. We’ll visit the local market of Testaccio and meet the vendors who have been there for generations, sample traditional antipasto to a typical Roman street spot and taste a delicious pasta in the neighbourhood. Along the way we’ll give you a fascinating insight into Rome’s culture and history and we’ll show you some of its beautiful areas and ancient monuments, like the John Keats’ tomb and the ancient Pyramid of Cestius.
